Vlynt Travel SpA (hereinafter “Vlynt Travel” or the agency), Tax ID 76.323.782-6, is a corporation, established and domiciled at Huérfanos 1160, Of. 1102, Santiago, RM, Chile.

We are a travel agency and tour operator dedicated to offering leisure and recreational experiences through digital platforms, acting as an intermediary in the contracting of services provided directly by us and by third-party tourism and entertainment providers. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user of the Vlynt Travel website acknowledges and agrees that Vlynt Travel may offer services operated directly by the company, as well as services arranged through its intermediary role, in which case the relevant tourism and/or entertainment providers and their network of partners are solely responsible for delivering the product and/or performing the contracted service.

The services, prices and availability displayed on the website reflect the information in force at the time of the inquiry. However, Vlynt Travel does not guarantee that such conditions will remain unchanged at the time of reservation or payment, as they are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective providers.

Browsing the Vlynt Travel website alone does not create any obligation for the user, unless the user expressly indicates their intention to contract by accepting these Terms and Conditions and confirming a reservation.

The purchase or reservation of any product or service available on this site requires the express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These terms will be considered duly known and accepted by the user upon selecting the option enabled for this purpose, which is a mandatory step prior to confirming any purchase or booking. Vlynt Travel will not manage or process booking or purchase requests until the user expressly declares having read and accepted both the website's Terms and Conditions and those specific to the contracted service.

To contract services, the user may be required to register, providing truthful, up-to-date, and complete information. The client is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and used exclusively for:

• Manage bookings and payments
• Coordinate services with suppliers
• To comply with legal, accounting and administrative obligations
• Send commercial information and news, when there is express consent.

The client may exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion of data by means of a written request to the contact channels provided by Vlynt Travel.

The user enjoys all the rights recognized by Law No. 19,496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, insofar as they are applicable to the contracted services.

Consent will be considered perfected once the client:

• Have had clear access to the terms of service
• Expressly accept the Terms and Conditions
• Complete the corresponding payment process

Once the booking is confirmed, Vlynt Travel will send the customer an electronic confirmation, which will contain the essential information of the booked service.

Unless otherwise specified, products and services available on this site may only be paid for using bank cards issued in Chile or abroad, provided that the issuing entity maintains a current agreement that allows their use with Vlynt Travel or with associated payment platforms.

By entering your account or card details and confirming the transaction, the user expressly authorizes the charge corresponding to the price of the contracted service, as well as any charge associated with the management of Vlynt Travel.

The use of the aforementioned cards will be governed by these Terms and Conditions and, with respect to the issuer, by the provisions of the respective Account Opening Agreements and Regulations for Use. In case of discrepancies, the conditions defined by the issuing entity will prevail.

If the user chooses to pay in installments using a credit card, any interest, taxes, fees, or other charges that may apply will depend exclusively on the terms agreed upon between the user and the issuing bank. It is recommended to review the terms of use and applicable rates before selecting this payment method.

Cards issued outside of Chile generally do not allow installment payments, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Regarding bank cards accepted on this site, aspects such as issue date, expiration date, available limits, blocks or other operating conditions will be governed exclusively by the contract and regulations established by the issuing entity.

In the event of any error, inconvenience or inconsistency that occurs in transactions due to causes attributable to the institutions issuing the means of payment, Vlynt Travel will not assume any responsibility, without prejudice to providing support to the user, within its possibilities, in the procedures or claims that must be carried out before said entities.

Vlynt Travel provides users of its website with a platform to search for and access promotions that are continuously updated, as long as they are available from the various providers, allowing the user to contract products and services under potentially more convenient conditions than those usually offered in traditional sales channels.

Furthermore, to avoid any misconceptions, please note that the published rates correspond to those available online at the time of your search. These rates may become invalid once purchased by other users and are therefore subject to change. In any case, availability is limited and determined by each provider, which may change without prior notice.

Once the transaction is completed, and after the user completes all the steps of the purchase process, Vlynt Travel will send a confirmation of the purchase or reservation request to the provided email address, initiating the validation and closing procedure of the operation.

To complete the above, Vlynt Travel must first:

Verify and accept the payment method used by the user;

Verify that the data registered on the site matches the data provided by the user when accepting the offer.

If any of these checks are not satisfactory, the reservation and/or purchase request will not be considered completed.

If the validation and closing process is successful, Vlynt Travel will send the user's email the corresponding receipt for the booking services, along with the vouchers, tickets or confirmations issued by the respective suppliers.

Additionally, and to inform you of the final result of the transaction, Vlynt Travel will send a confirmation of the completion of the purchase and/or reservation process to the email provided by the user (or by any other means that ensures their due and timely knowledge, if there are any problems that prevent electronic delivery).

This confirmation will include a complete, clear and legible copy of the contract terms associated with the purchased product and/or the service actually contracted.

The prices of products and services listed on the Vlynt Travel website will have a limited validity and will only apply while they are published on the platform, not necessarily valid for other marketing channels that the company may use, such as catalogs or other media.

Vlynt Travel informs that, in accordance with the provisions of article 3 bis, letter b), of Law No. 19.496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts made through this platform, therefore the customer may not unilaterally terminate the contract for the product and/or service acquired through this means.

Vlynt Travel also reserves the right to cancel the service at any time due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. If the cancellation occurs before the activity begins, a full refund of all amounts paid by the client will be issued.

Many tourism services are subject to weather conditions or other external factors. In cases of force majeure, Vlynt Travel will act as an intermediary to inform and coordinate alternatives, without assuming responsibility for events beyond its control.

To file any claim related to acts or contracts entered into through the Vlynt Travel platform, the procedure detailed below must be followed:

(a) The user must send their request or complaint to the contact email address provided by Vlynt Travel. It is recommended to attach all supporting documentation and clearly and thoroughly describe the events that occurred, expressly indicating the expected solution, in order to facilitate a timely response.

(b) Vlynt Travel will analyze the complaint received and send an initial response to the email address from which the request was submitted, within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the information. If an additional period is necessary for its review, the user will be duly informed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the country.
